PURPOSE: An alarm system for informing start of a front vehicle is provided to prevent accident by selectively informing the starting of a front vehicle according to a traffic signal. CONSTITUTION: In an alarm system for informing start of a front vehicle, a radar unit(100) measures the distance from a front vehicles which is stopped or the speed thereof. A first camera unit(200) monitors the signal state of a front traffic signal. An alarm unit(900) outputs a starting signal A controller(400) determines whether the front vehicle is started or not. The controller generates the starting signal.
