PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display module, in which white is observed in all viewing angle directions, and a display device using the same are provided to display white the same color as a case color due to reducing the change of a refractive index according to the viewing angle. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel(101) is included. A backlight assembly(102) arranged in the lower part of the liquid crystal panel is included. A first electrode(104) is formed on the top of the liquid crystal panel. A second electrode(105) is formed on the top of the first electrode. The light of an ultraviolet ray is reflected when a first electrode and a second electrode are formed in a planar shape. A cholesteric liquid crystal layer diffuses the light.
