PURPOSE: An engine brake system with a rocker arm is provided to open an exhaust valve by allowing a piston member to form a gap in a support surface. CONSTITUTION: An engine brake system with a rocker arm comprises a first rocker arm(120), a second rocker arm(130), and a piston member(300). The first rocker arm is rotated at a rocker arm shaft by an exhaust cam. The first rocker arm comprises a first supporting part(305a). The first supporting part transfers torque to the second rocker arm. The second rocker arm opens an exhaust valve by rotating the rocker arm shaft with the first rocker arm. The second rocker arm comprises a second supporting part(305b). The second supporting part receives the torque from the second supporting part. The piston member is installed in a part where the first and second rocker arms are supported and selectively operate the first rocker arm.
