PURPOSE: A hydrodynamic bearing assembly and a motor including the same are provided to reduce friction torque in a starting operation by decreasing the outer diameter of a first thrust dynamic force generator. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve supports a shaft(62). A first thrust dynamic force generator(300) is formed on a protrusion unit of the sleeve or a hub base corresponding to the protrusion unit. A second thrust dynamic force generator(320) is formed around a protrusion end unit of the sleeve facing the upper side of an axial direction of a stopper member which rotates with a rotor case(22). An oil sealing unit has an oil interface between the outer surface of the sleeve and the inner surface of the stopper member.
