PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a TFT-LCD array substrate is provided to cover a light resin layer to a gate line, data line and thin film transistor. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a TFT-LCD array substrate is comprised as follows. A step of removing a pattern including an active layer, data line(12), a source electrode(6), and a drain electrode(7) on a gate insulating layer and a gate insulating layer.
