PURPOSE: An Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene case insert-injection device for a motorcycle and an insert-injection method thereof are provided to restrict the vertical and horizontal movements of multiple terminals using support members. CONSTITUTION: An ABS case insert-injection device(10) for a motorcycle comprises a lower mold(120), first, second, third, and fourth terminals(210,220,230,240), terminal support members, a side mold(130), and an upper mold(140). The terminals are loaded on the lower mold. The terminal support members are coupled to the terminals and maintain insulation distances by fixing the terminals to the lower mold. The side mold is detachably coupled to the lower mold. The upper mold is located at the top of the lower mold.
