<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electret capacitor headphone in which a sufficient polarization voltage can be obtained by electret without generating spark discharge. <P>SOLUTION: After the electret dielectric film (FEP) of each fixed pole 21L, 21R is charged with any one of + and - by corona discharge, an electric insulating spacer ring 22 is fixed to the outer circumferential edge of each fixed pole 21L, 21R. After a diaphragm (made of polyester film) 11 is mounted on a flat electrode jig 31 and charged with any other of + and - by corona discharge, the diaphragm 11 is removed from the flat electrode jig 31 under a state where one fixed pole 21L is arranged on the diaphragm 11 mounted on the flat electrode jig 31 through a spacer ring 22, and the other fixed pole 21R is arranged on the other side of the diaphragm 11 through a spacer ring 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
