<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a receiver capable of achieving timing synchronization processing at a higher speed and with higher performance. <P>SOLUTION: The receiver that adopts an OFDM (orthogonal frequency division multiplexing) method and performs frequency hopping in a frame is provided with a cross-correlation operating part (13) for operating a cross-correlation, for example, between a specific repeating signal included in a preamble part of a received frame and a plurality of known signals corresponding to the number of TFCs (time frequency code) representing types of hopping, a TF (time frequency) code detecting part (16) for detecting a TFC on the basis of a cross-correlation value when the cross-correlation value exceeds a threshold, and a hopping & symbol timing calculating part (17) for calculating hopping timing on the basis of the cross-correlation value and the detected TFC and generating a hopping control signal for synchronizing with the timing to control frequency hopping. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
