The present invention relates to a medical inflatable device comprising an inner balloon having a plurality of inflatable segments arranged annularly around the device, wherein the segments are adjacent to one another and parallel with a longitudinal axis of the medical device. In accordance with the invention, the device further comprises a lumen within the inner balloon at the center of the device, the lumen configured to allow fluid flow therethrough.
