PURPOSE: A rotary cutting device is provided to stably spray mist from a rotary cutting tool by restricting jet pulsations. CONSTITUTION: A rotary cutting device comprises a rotary cutting tool, a chuck unit(2), and a cover(3). A mixed gas of cutting liquid agent and air successively passes through a first supply channel(b) of the cover, a second supply channel(c) of the chuck unit, a center cavity, and a third supply channel(g) of the rotary cutting tool. The mist of cutting liquid agent is sprayed from the tip opening of the rotary cutting tool. The center cavity is divided by a throttle, which is formed in the location of a rotary axis within the center cavity, into a front chamber(d) connected to the second supply channel and a rear chamber(e) connected to the third supply channel. The second supply channel is arranged to spray the mixed gas to the throttle. |
