PURPOSE: A vacuum-pressurization apparatus for pouring electrolyte of a secondary battery is provided to obtain optimized impregnation property, to reduce immersion time and to improve impregnation quality. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum-pressurization apparatus for pouring electrolyte of a secondary battery includes: a vacuum pressure chamber(300) charging a plurality of secondary batteries and a carrier(100) thereinside, wherein a plurality of buffer hoppers are connected to the secondary batteries and the carrier is located at the upper part of the secondary battery; a vacuum chamber which is connected to the vacuum pressure chamber and exhausts the inside of the vacuum pressure chamber to a vacuum atmosphere; and a pressurizing pump(350) which is connected to the vacuum pressure chamber.
