METHOD FOR PRODUCING HIGH DEFINITION VIDEO FROM LOW DEFINITION VIDEO

PURPOSE: A method for generating a high definition video from a low resolution video while reducing the computational complexity is provided to perform pixel estimation and pixel matching of a previous frame. CONSTITUTION: A current frame of a low resolution video is divided into a uniform region and a feature region according to a space spectrum(S110). The high definition video is generated about the feature region(S120). The high definition video is generated bout the uniform region(S130). The high definition video corresponding to the low definition video is generated by combining the generated high resolution videos(S140).
