PURPOSE: An oil and sludge separation processing apparatus is provided to recover oil particles with the micro diameter by using a gravity method for floating the oil particles. CONSTITUTION: An oil and sludge separation processing apparatus comprises the following: an inlet pipe(16) branched from a main rainwater tube for inflowing contaminated rainwater; an initial rainwater collecting device installed on the branching portion of the inlet pipe and the main rainwater tube; first and second sludge treatment tanks(20,80) and a main treatment tank(30) for precipitating sludge; and an oil collecting chamber(67) for collecting oil.
