PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of sintered magnet is provided to efficiently produce excellent sintered magnets which have excellent magnetic property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of sintered magnet comprises following steps. Magnetic powders are wet-pulverized under surfactant. The wet-pulverized magnetic powder is dried for the formation of magnetic powders attached with surfactant. As the dried magnetic powder is heated and mixed with binder, a pellet is formed. The pellet is fused, so a pre-form is formed by injection molding in a mold. The pre-form is plastic.
