ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODES HAVING SOLAR CELL

PURPOSE: Organic light emitting diodes having a solar cell is provided to maintain permeability by including an organic light emitting diode on one side of a transparent substrate and a solar cell on the other side of the transparent substrate. CONSTITUTION: In organic light emitting diodes having a solar cell, an organic light emitting device(130) is formed on one side of a substrate(102). A solar cell(132) is formed on the other side of the substrate and absorbs sunlight and illumination. A power unit produces power from the solar cell to drive the organic light emitting device and absorbs illumination from the organic light emitting device through the solar cell.
