PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to implement an oxide semiconductor thin film transistor having stability and reliability by including a metal oxide film. CONSTITUTION: In an organic light emitting diode display and a method for manufacturing the same, a gate electrode(121) is formed on a substrate body. A gate insulating layer is formed on the gate electrode. An oxide semiconductor layer(141) is formed on the gate electrode having a gate insulating layer between them. A metal oxide layer(241) has a plurality of openings exposing a part of the oxide semiconductor layer outside. A metal oxide layer is formed on the oxide semiconductor layer. A source electrode and a drain electrode are contacted with the oxide semiconductor layer respectively through the opening of the metal oxide film.
