THE DC-DC CONVERTER USING OXIDE TFTS

PURPOSE: A DC-DC converter using oxide TFTs is provided to supply a positive voltage and a negative voltage since it is embedded in a display panel. CONSTITUTION: In a DC-DC converter using oxide TFTs, a first to a sixth capacitor(C1-C6) are connected to the first to the sixth node. A storage capacitor(CS) is connected between the seventh node and a ground terminal. The seventh terminal is connected to the output terminal. A first to a fourth oxide thin film transistor(N1~N4) are interposed between the voltage input terminal and a first to a fourth node. A fifth oxide thin film transistor(N5) couples a non-inverted clock signal. A sixth oxide thin film transistor(N6) couples an inverted clock signal. A seventh and eighth oxide thin film transistor(N7,N8) couple the inverted clock signal and the non-inverted clock signal.
