PURPOSE: A glass run structure for the door of a vehicle is provided to prevent a glass run from vertically moving at a mounting unit of a door frame. CONSTITUTION: A glass run structure for the door of a vehicle comprises a rotary hanging protrusion(26). The rotary hanging protrusion is integrally formed in a glass run bottom part(20a) when the rotary hanging protrusion is inserted into a mounting part(11) of a door frame(10). A protrusion(12) is formed on the inner surface of the mounting part and prevents the inserted rotary hanging protrusion from being separated from the mounting part.
