<p>Imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines are disclosed. Compounds of the invention are useful therapeutic agents and their inclusion in pharmaceutical formulations and use in methods of treatment are disclosed. Many of the compounds disclosed herein may be represented by the following generic formula: in which Y is a direct bond or heteroatom and A3 is usually a nitrogenous heterocycle.</p>
