<p>The invention relates to a computerized system for monitoring and regulating a heating system. According to the invention, the system comprises several monitoring and regulating points (1...1), each of them comprising a modular system for the acquisition of the thermodynamical parameters of the heating medium and climatic parameters from some temperature, pressure and flow rate sensors (5, 6, 7 and 8) and a mini-computer operating as a server, provided with an application which requests, at periodical intervals, the data from the sensors (5, 6, 7 and 8) and stores them temporarily into a data base at a local level, and also a circulation pump (3) with variable speed, and a direction valve (2) meant to direct the flow rate of the heating medium in the functioning range of the pump (3), the monitoring and regulating points (1...1) being coupled to a central management unit (9) having the role of analyzing the data transmitted by each monitoring and regulating point, of centralizing them in a data base and of furnishing the values of the required parameters of the heating medium at the level of a heating station or a central heating station and also playing the role of communicating with the users.</p> |
