PURPOSE: A method for inactivating Clostridium microorganism is provided to quickly and simply produce the microorganism in which a target gene is inactive. CONSTITUTION: A method for inactivating target gene in Clostridium microorganism comprises: a step of preparing transformed Clostridium microorganism in which DNA recombinant enzyme is expressed; and a step of introducing a linear DNA vector to the transformed Clostridium; and a step of removing a selective marker.
