Glucose sensing system with auxiliary display

A system is provided for sensing blood glucose concentration of a user. The system comprises a sensor to sense blood glucose data, sensor electronics in electrical communication with the sensor, a user interface in wireless communication with the sensor electronics and a patient monitor in communication with the sensor electronics. The system for sensing blood glucose data of a person comprises a sensor power supply and a memory in the sensor electronics, including a user interface and an input device for inputting reference information into the memory of the sensor electronics.
