PURPOSE: A dry adhesive is provided to realize strong adhesive power with uniform contact regardless of surface roughness of adherends. CONSTITUTION: A dry adhesive(112) includes a substrate(106), a plurality of nano polymer structures(110) inclined at a predetermined angle, a plurality of metal layers(116) formed at one wall of the nano polymer structures.
