PURPOSE: The switch fabric generally low embodies the process temperature related to the production of the switch fabric than 450°C. In that way the integration of the temperature sensing element like the MOS FET and switch fabric are facilitated. CONSTITUTION: The switch fabric comprises the contact(102) and conductive element(104). The conductive element is materially formed into the metal material which is composed in order to prohibit the time-dependent deformation. The conductive element is composed between the first location and the second position in order to be transformable.
