<p>The invention relates to a heat treatment inductor, with induction currents in two stages. According to the invention, the inductor comprises three-serially connected circular loops (1, 2 and 3), of which the last two loops (2 and 3) have some holes (a-a') arranged on two lines and equidistantly on the interior side thereof, the surface of the heat treated piece being austenitized by the non-holed loop (1) and then brought in the subcritical transformation range, by the simultaneous action of the electrical induction currents, generated at parameters of the current as in the austenitization area, and of the cooling water circulating through the loops (1, 2 and 3) and gets out through the holes (a-a') of the last two loops (2 and 3).</p> |
