The transport device has multiple supporting rollers (3), where each supporting roller is rotatably supported at two bolts (7) by a slide bearing with supporting roller and bolt sided running surfaces (11, 12). The bolts are attached to retaining devices e.g. frames, of the transport device and gripped in bore holes that are provided at front side of the supporting rollers. The running surfaces are coated with a sliding lacquer (13) e.g. Molykote(RTM: not defined). The bolts and the supporting rollers are formed from metallic substance i.e. case-hardened steel.
