PURPOSE: A hand welding torch using carbon dioxide with a welding cable connected by a connection ring is provided to improve work stability by preventing the generation of heat on a connection part between a welding cable and a welding torch. CONSTITUTION: A hand welding torch using carbon dioxide with a welding cable connected by a connection ring comprises a welding cable(10), a welding torch(20), a connector(30), and a power line(13). The welding cable has a power line that is coated and formed on the outer surface of a gas hose(12) with an inner gateway used in a flow path of carbon dioxide. The welding torch exposes a welding wire(11) and carbon dioxide to the outside through a nozzle during welding. The connector is made of a first connecting ring(31) and a second connecting ring(32).
