<p>The invention relates to a sensor and a process for manufacturing the same, used for analysing the enantiomers of a chiral substance in the pharmaceutical field. The claimed sensor comprises a cylinder-shaped body (1) whereon there is positioned a layer (2) of insulating plastic material on which there are fastened a working electrode (3), a reference electrode (4) and possibly, an auxiliary electrode (5). The claimed process consists in mixing a natural monocrystalline diamond powder with paraffin oil and possibly porphyrin as chiral selector in a 10 mg : 4μl : 2μl ratio, wherefrom a homogenous, possibly modified, paste results, said paste representing the active part of the working electrode which is introduced into an insulated plastic material, then an inner Ag/AgCl electrode, a reference electrode and possibly an auxiliary electrode are positioned, the thus manufactured assembly is attached on a cylinder-shaped body, there resulting an amperometric /stochastic, possibly potentiometric. sensor.</p> |
