<p>The present invention relates to an experimental model for inducing the acute alithiasic cholecystitis on laparoscopic way by using L-alpha-phosphatidylcholine, which is administered laparoscopically by intracholecyst injection to an experiment animal. The model involves injecting two flasks of 250 mg of L-alpha-phosphatidylcholine, achieving a biliary concentration of 1 mmol/l. After 3 days there is carried out the laparoscopic cholecystectomy and there is achieved the macroscopic intra-surgery and hystopathological marking out of the acute alithiasic cholecystitis induction by Hematoxylin-Eosin stain. On the basis of this experimental model, analogy with human model may be made, this being useful for training laparoscopic surgeons in the treatment of acute alithiasic cholecystitis.</p> |
