PURPOSE: A method for indicating test area is provided to easily distinguish test area by dyeing the test area. CONSTITUTION: A method for indicating test area comprises: a step of injecting antibodies by a multiple immune response tester(S10); a step of injecting reagent(S20); and a step of displaying the test area by dyeing tested area by an antibody(S30). The dyeing of tested area is performed by injecting counterstaining reagent containing Harris hematoxylin. The tester comprises: a plurality of antibody inlets for injecting antibodies; a plurality of reagent inlets for injecting reagent; and a plurality of reaction channel which reacts with the sample.
