PURPOSE: A high-strength reinforcing material for a concrete structure is provided to enable the damaged part of the concrete structure to be easily repaired. CONSTITUTION: A high-strength reinforcing material(100) for a concrete structure comprises a resin structure(10), and reinforcement(20). The resin structure has a given shape. The reinforcement is a high-strength fiber material and is wound on the surface of the resin structure to increase adhesion.
