PURPOSE: A uniform pore controlling filter is provided to uniformly wind and loosen a fiber yarn without tangling, and to improve the lifetime of a filter medium. CONSTITUTION: A uniform pore controlling filter for a whole fiber yarn layer includes the following: a rotation air cylinder rod for controlling the rotation, the support, and the rotation state of a rotation air cylinder; an air cylinder upper and lower side supporting plate; an air cylinder supporter; a rotating stand(7) rotating by the operation of the rotation air cylinder; a water leakage prevention packing(10) preventing the water leakage from a filtering tank; and a filtering tank upper cover(11).
