<p>Staple fibre spinning device comprises a continuous feed, operating via a combing roller, to the inner casing of a driven bell-shaped spinning roller having slanting teeth. Means are provided for producing an air flow through openings in the spinning roller casing for depositing fibres against it. A fixed body connected to the housing adjacent to the spinning roller casing has a coaxial fibre distribution groove opening towards the teeth of the spinning roller which is connected via one or more channels in the fixed body to one or more housings. Each housing has a suction opening. The housings enclose a fibre feed roller together with the corresp. combing roller. The fixed body has an output nozzle situated centrally for the twisted thread. At the beginning of the spinning process an auxiliary thread is sucked in through the nozzle and twisted onto fibres deposited in the spinning roller, and then drawn off radially with the newly formed thread. The output nozzle for the twisted thread has means for false twisting the thread.</p> |
