PURPOSE: A method for supplying heat energy by monitoring a representative household is provided to improve energy efficiency by controlling the amount of supplied heat energy in real time. CONSTITUTION: A method for supplying heat energy by monitoring a representative household is as follows. Multiple households of a building are divided depending on the positions, and a representative household is selected(S100). The heat energy used in the selected household is measured in real time(S200). The heating load of a building is calculated from the measured heat energy(S300). The temperature of hot water supplied to a supply line is calculated depending on the temperature of hot water returned from the building(S400).
