PERMANENT FORMWORK FOR REINFORCED CONCRETE USING THERMAL INSULATION MATERIAL

PURPOSE: A dual insulation permanent ferroconcrete formwork using insulating material is provided to reduce construction times since processes such as tie removal are unnecessary after placing concrete. CONSTITUTION: A dual insulation permanent ferroconcrete formwork using insulating material comprises an insulating material block(10), a block joint(20), and a tie(40). The insulating material block has a groove. The block joint comprises a bracket(21) and a first connector. The bracket is coupled with the groove formed on the contact surface of a pair of the insulating material blocks when a pair of the insulating material blocks contacts each other. The block joint is formed on one side of the bracket projected from the insulating material block. The tie connects first connection parts of a pair of block joints coupled with a pair of the insulating material blocks.
