PURPOSE: A hybrid food waste treatment apparatus is provided to offer a porous organic and inorganic hybrid formed by combining a center metallic ion with organic ligand. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid food waste treatment apparatus(1) comprises the following: a treatment chamber(2) for treating food waste; an air inhalation passage(7) supplying air to the treatment chamber; an exhaustion passage(9) discharging the air to the outside; a dehumidification unit(10) including an adsorber, connected to the exhaustion passage; and a deodorizing unit(11) including a deodorizing agent and a catalyst.
