BLOCK FOR REINFORCEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: A reinforced earth retaining wall block and a construction method are provided to fix blocks in the ground regardless of the strength and length of a reinforcing member according to the distance from a sloped surface. CONSTITUTION: A reinforced earth retaining wall block comprises a block body part(10), a groove(20) and a reinforcing member. The groove comprises a traverse direction recess(21) and a longitudinal direction recess(22). The traverse direction recess is expanded to the both end part from the front side of the body in a horizontal direction. The longitudinal direction recess is expanded from center part of the traverse direction recess to the rear end part of the body in a longitudinal direction. The reinforcing member comprises an anchor, a block fixing reinforcing member and main strength reinforcing member. The block fixing reinforcing member is settled in the traverse direction recess of the block body part and supports the block body part. One end of the main strength reinforcing member is connected with the block fixing reinforcing member to be crossed. The other end of the main strength reinforcing member is formed on the longitudinal direction recess with connected with the anchor.
