PURPOSE: A guard fence with a bumper function is provided to safely protect bicycle riders by a bumper function which buffers shock. CONSTITUTION: A guard fence with a bumper function comprises a pillar(10) and a fence(20). The fence is installed in the pillar. A support cam(11) that finishes the pillar is installed at the upper end of the pillar to be rotatable. An elastic unit(17), returning the rotated supporting cam to an original position, is installed between the support cam and the pillar. An awning part(14) is projected from the outside of the support cam. The elastic unit is comprised of a rubber or a spring. The fence is comprised of a hollow bumper which absorbs external shock. |
