PURPOSE: A prefabricated timber window frame and door frame are provided to prevent damage and deformation due to the impact applied to the product in a conveying process. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated timber window frame is composed like next. A vertical member(1) and a horizontal member(2) are cut in a desire length. An edge connector is fixed to the four corners of the vertical member and horizontal member. The edge connector is made of synthetic resin. The edge connector is integrally fixed to the vertical member and horizontal member by using a plurality of screw nails(4) . |
