Thin sheet esp. of cellulose acetate, is produced by controlled flow of polymer and solent across tank of liquid, pref. water, and withdrawal of hardened sheet at other end at controlled rate. Movement is pref. produced either by natural spreading or by pulling out hardened sheet. |
