PURPOSE: A hooked filing method is provided to improve data management efficiency and to prevent copyright infringement. CONSTITUTION: A fixing plate(2) is installed inside a cover(1). A rib unit(22) has long and thin rod which is extended to predetermined part of the upper end of the fixing plate. At least one or more inner vinyl papers(41) are fixed in a holder(42). The holder is connected to a hook part(44) through a connection part(43). A locking units(24,32) fix the upper cover(3).
