PURPOSE: A side heating roaster using charcoal fire is provided to prevent meat from being burned by roasting the meat using the indirect heat of charcoal fire. CONSTITUTION: A side heating roaster using charcoal fire comprises a body(10), a charcoal body(20), a handle(30), a reflective plate(40), and a roasting plate(50). First and second stopping sills(11,12) are formed in both inner surfaces of the body in order to divide the inner space of the body. The charcoal body has heat emitting holes(21) and a handle locking unit(22). The bottom of a hanging piece(31) of the handle is hung on the handle locking unit. A hanging piece(41) is formed in the top end of the reflective plate and is hung on the first stopping sill or the second stopping sill. The reflective plate is inward bent in an arc-shape. The roasting plate is located between the first and second stopping sills of the body. |
