PURPOSE: A disaster preventing system and a method thereof are provided to offer the message related with the disaster to a user. CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit(110) senses the environment status of the predetermined region. The disaster related information at the predetermined region is generated. A control unit(120) analyzes the disaster related information, and generates the disaster preventing message according to the result of the analysis.
