PURPOSE: A method for preparing a nano-carbon dispersion solution, the nano-carbon dispersion solution using the same, a method for evaluating nano-carbon, and a method for preparing a nano-carbon material are provided to cost-effectively disperse the nano-carbon without an oxidizer and a reducing agent by reducing the size of a nano-carbon bundle. CONSTITUTION: A nano-carbon bundle in nano-carbon is cut. The average diameter of the cut nano-carbon is between 0.1 and 5um. The cut nano-carbon, a dispersing agent, and a solvent are mixed. In the mixture, 0.01 to 200 parts by weight of the dispersing agent is mixed with respect to 100.0 parts by weight of the nano-carbon. The nano-carbon is dispersed using a disperser.
