CONSTITUTION: An upper stage(110) comprises one or more top electrodes and a transfer substrate. A lower stage(120) faces the upper stage and includes a transfer substrate and a bottom electrode on the surface of the transfer substrate. A conductive pattern(125) is positioned between the top electrode and the bottom electrode and includes a plurality of conductive particles.
