A WET PROCESS COMPREHENSIVE UTILIZATION TECHNOLOGY OF DOLOMITE

PURPOSE: A process for using one kind of dolomite wet processing method is provided to reduce energy consumption by effectively separate calcium and magnesium from dolomite through a wet process. CONSTITUTION: Calcium and magnesium are separated from dolomite by adding 5-98% concentration of a sulfuric acid solution and extracting acid from the dolomite. A first calcium sulfate product and a magnesium sulfate solution are obtained. A magnesium chloride and a second calcium sulfate product are obtained by adding 10-60% concentration of a calcium chloride solution and implementing a double decomposing process with respect to the magnesium sulfate solution. A magnesium hydroxide product is obtained by adding 5-30% concentration of lime oil and implementing a neutralizing process with respect to the magnesium chloride.
