PURPOSE: A floating tidal current generator is provided to generate electricity by absorbing energy from the tide flowing water surface and to prevent the decrease of energy conversion rate in spite of tidal direction change. CONSTITUTION: A floating tidal current generator comprises a hull(21), a power conversion device, generating structure, and water flowing paths(23, 25). The hull is rectangular type including an air connecting chamber. The power conversion device is arranged in the center line of the hull. The generating structure is the symmetry of the power conversion device. The water flowing path has an inclines, toward the power conversion device, on a floor part. |
