PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically charged to a portable terminal through a transferring are provided to automatically charge by adding the cut amount to the balance in the USIm card. CONSTITUTION: An automatic charging server(200) transmits the automatic charge request information after generating information about requesting automatic charge. The portable terminal adds automatic charge amount information which is received from the automatic charge server to the charged balance stored in the USIM card. A bank server(300) cuts the charging amount form a balance included in the account information and generates charge amount transfer completion information. The bank server transfers the charged amount to the automatic charging server. The automatic charging server stores automatic charging completion information received from the portable terminal in an automatic charging DB.
