PURPOSE: A teaching material for solar power generation and practical application thereof is provided to maximize the teaching efficiency on the solar energy. CONSTITUTION: A bottom plate(10) comprises a buoyant body on the bottom surface and an opening in the middle. A driving part(30) fixes a motor on the bottom plate. A propeller passes through the opening and rotates. A generation unit comprises a fixed block, an iron fixed ball, and a solar cell panel(56).
