PURPOSE: A system and a device for processing a free charge are provided to perform free packet charging process about a specific site in a charging gateway by additionally generating free site using history in a free packet charging attribute. CONSTITUTION: An access controlling unit(210) adds free charge packet information about the free packet site information in a charging infomraiton data if a PSS(Personal Subscriber Station) connects to an IP address corresponding to a prestored free packet site information. A charging unit(220) generates demand account data. The demand account data includes charging information except for charging information corresponding to the free charging information. A connection controlling unit adds usage history information about the free packet side information to a data field comprising the charging information data. |
